Internal Family Systems (IFS) understands the mind as a system of parts — and offers a clear, compassionate map for working with them. In this workshop Dr. Tori Olds takes you inside the model: its core assumptions, its language, and the techniques and steps that guide a session. She’ll highlight the moments in IFS work where old emotional learnings can be disconfirmed and updated — with a brief nod to the science of memory reconsolidation — and bring it all to life with real clinical tape.
