What is experiential healing?

Experiential healing works with the whole of you — body, emotions, and lived experience — not just talk. Where traditional talk therapy helps you understand your patterns, experiential approaches help you actually shift them, reaching the unconscious beliefs and imprints that drive them. This work draws on the brain’s own capacity to update those patterns — what researchers call memory reconsolidation — to create change that’s felt, not just understood, and that lasts. It’s the thread connecting everything we do, from IFS and somatic work to psychedelic-assisted therapy.
